This original painting is part of Radical Surrender, a collection of eleven original works by Nysa Hicks Puig that explores themes of surrender, memory, resilience, and quiet transformation.

Created through an intuitive process of layering, editing, and allowing each painting to unfold over time, the collection embraces trust over control—inviting each work to become what it wanted to be rather than forcing a predetermined outcome. Hand-stitched thread is integrated into the surface as an expressive element, adding depth, texture, movement, and evidence of the artist's hand.

Each painting encourages a slower way of seeing, where meaning is discovered rather than explained, and where the longer you spend with the work, the more it reveals.

Radical Surrender is on view at Momentum Movement Studios from July 2–August 31, 2026, and may be viewed by appointment.

To preserve the integrity of the exhibition, all works will remain on view for the duration of the show. Purchased works will be available for pickup or shipment following the exhibition's conclusion.

Complimentary studio pickup is available in Charleston, South Carolina.

Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and will be coordinated directly with the collector after purchase. Shipping charges will be invoiced separately.
