is an emerging Puerto Rican-American painter and muralist based in Charleston, SC. Through her studio, Nysa Creative, she produces custom murals, hand-painted signage, and original and commissioned paintings. Her abstract works on raw textiles blend composition and texture to explore identity and emotion. Inspired by the interaction of pigment with material and light, she works at the intersection of structure and surrender. A recent Lightning Resident at Redux Contemporary Art Center, her murals and paintings are held in private and public collections across the U.S. and the Caribbean.
